Fucking yay!
Broad disc bulge at L5 and an S1 nerve impingement, along with my glute strain. Causing leg and foot numbness. I’m on drugs. I hate taking drugs. No lifting, no drumming, no nothing until it heals up. Which means no house work … bonus. So glad to have slip-on shoes! Fucking yay! Excuse me while I take a quick walk:
